night before the dawn, a stillness holds my breath in. Lack of sleep coupled with a camera leads to newfound, if somewhat odd perspectives. After stepping outside with little heed to the noise of the slamming door, in nothing but my under-rooos and a sweatshirt, a silence like blackness enveloped my now shivering frame. The city spread out before me and framed by the silhouettes of invisible trees against black buildings. With a shout lights flicked on inside my previously dark kitchen.
